Palm Beach
A fun, interactive 90-minute workshop helping mums and sons aged 8–13 manage BIG emotions and feel calmer together.

BIG emotions? Let’s tackle them together.

When your son feels overwhelmed, anxious or quick to anger, it can be hard to understand what’s happening inside him. And when you’re feeling overwhelmed too, home life can quickly become stressful for everyone.

Children look to the adults around them for cues on how to respond to stress. That’s why our Mum & Son Big Emotions Bootcamp gives both of you practical tools to feel calmer and navigate those challenging moments together.

Developed in partnership with experts including Stanford neuroscientist Dr Andrew Huberman, this fun, highly interactive 90-minute experience is designed for mums and boys aged 8–13.

Together, you’ll explore 14 practical tools to support better sleep, understand the physical sensations that come with big emotions and learn how to calm your body when stress takes over.

Beautiful Minds visits the Gold Coast only twice a year, and places are limited.
