WANTED – A Cirque Heist is an interactive Wild West circus, pitched on the lawn at Historic Rivermill on the Gold Coast for the Queensland spring school holidays.

Outlaws and other characters pull the audience into the search for clues. Children spot what the grown-ups miss and help name the culprit. Around the mystery come aerialists high in the rigging, acrobats, jugglers, lasso and whip work, fire, comedy and a run of surprises nobody warns you about. There are big laughs in it, and plenty for younger ones to join in with.

Come early and make a day of it. Historic Rivermill is a heritage property in the Gold Coast hinterland at Mount Nathan, thirty minutes from the coast and an hour from Brisbane, at the foot of Tamborine Mountain. There are horses and alpacas to meet, riverside walks and a café for lunch. Entry to the grounds is free, and the rides and animal experiences are booked separately.
