The Shake Out – Upper Coomera

We’re celebrating Seniors Month with a dance party that is fun, footloose and freewheeling.

Come along and let your hair down (literally and metaphorically), to experience the joy of movement for wellness, mobility, connection and a mighty fine time.

Hosted by City of Gold Coast and Everybody NOW!, The Shake Out will be toe tapping to three locations across the Gold Coast from Upper Coomera to Broadbeach to Palm Beach.

Come along, have a go, enjoy roving performances, a free morning tea and a whole lot of good vibes.

Seniors are welcome to bring their kids, grandkids, friends, neighbours. No dance partners or dancing experience required. Suitable for all abilities! Dancing can be done seated, standing or all of the above.

Pre-registration is favourable, however walk ups on the day are more than welcome.
