In this one-day workshop by Goat Track Theatre Company, young people aged 13–18 will discover the fundamentals of improvisation and theatre, guided by our expert Teacher Artists with years of professional experience. Through dynamic games, challenges, and performance exercises, participants will sharpen their skills in spontaneity, teamwork, and storytelling.
Theatre Sports isn’t just about being funny – it’s about listening, reacting, and creating in the moment. Students will learn to trust their instincts, support their scene partners, and build confidence while embracing the joy of performance.
Perfect for both seasoned performers and those new to the stage, this workshop is a chance to play hard, laugh loud, and experience the thrill of live improv theatre.
