The Ben Buckler is Larry's internationally award-winning Australian whisky. He joins us for the evening to pour it, host the room, and share the story behind the bottle.
Executive Chef Kathy Tindall has built three courses around the whisky, from cured Tasmanian salmon to a whisky-poached pear. Start with a welcome cocktail on arrival and finish with a full bottle of The Ben Buckler to take home.
Includes a welcome cocktail, three courses and a 700ml bottle per guest. Vegetarian alternatives available, please advise dietaries when booking.
