Sometimes enlightenment can seem very far away. We feel a need to strive for something outside ourselves and can become anxious and competitive. The Khandro Nyingthig teachings hold the key to the direct way to realisation. His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo will share these precious Dzogchen teachings and teach us how to integrate them into our everyday lives.
