Learn practical strategies to bounce back from adversity, reduce burnout, and cultivate lasting resilience in the face of your work’s challenges.

Designed specifically for frontline workers who have supported our community through Cyclone Alfred.

Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS) acknowledges that after disasters, frontline workers need time and space to process what they have seen, heard and experienced.

  • Build Inner Strength – Develop practical tools to enhance your mental and emotional resilience.
  • Reduce Burnout – Learn effective strategies to prevent and recover from professional exhaustion.
  • Process and Heal – Safe space to reflect on your experiences and begin the healing journey.
  • Peer Support – Connect with fellow frontline workers who share similar experiences.

PCCS are working with Gold Coast PHN and Gold Coast Health to offer this wonderful training, free of charge to any frontline workers.
