Get involved this R U OK? Day and come along to Robina Town Centre for a touch of kindness, hands on mindfulness activities and giveaways.

Take a moment to pause, connect, and create your own Positive Postcard in our drop-in space, led by artist Claudio Kirac. Design your postcards your way, with messages of hope and encouragement, for the perfect way to lift your own spirits or brighten someone else’s day. You can choose to keep your postcards as personal pick-me-ups, swap them with others, or leave them with us to give to the community.

We’ll also have a few little treats to share on the day – so come along for a chance to connect, reflect, and ask R U OK?

This event is proudly part of Gold Coast Wellbeing Week, in partnership with the Gold Coast Suicide Prevention Collaborative, Gold Coast PH, Robina Town Centre and Everybody Now.
