We turn out the lights and turn up the music so you can dance like no one's watching. Just an hour of good music for you to move to any way you like.
Step into the dark and dance like no one’s watching – because they’re not.
No Lights No Lycra is a global movement for people who love to dance. It’s a space where you can completely let go, move freely, and connect with music without judgment, mirrors, or the pressure of choreography.
Held in a dimly lit hall with no strobes, no alcohol, and no talking, No Lights No Lycra invites you to lose yourself in the beat and rediscover the simple joy of dancing. Come alone or with friends – once the music starts, it’s just you and your body, moving however it wants.
Whether you're shaking off the day, recharging your soul, or just craving a moment of uninhibited fun, this is your midweek escape.
- What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
- What to expect: 60 minutes of uninterrupted dancing in near darkness.
- Who it's for: Everyone. All ages, all abilities, all bodies, all backgrounds. No experience necessary.
There’s no right way to dance. There’s only your way.
