Participate in hearing the eco-acoustics of our mangroves, seagrass, shorelines and its marine life.

Step into the shallows of Palm Beach and explore the fascinating fringe where mangroves meet the sea. As we wade through this coastal environment, we’ll uncover the vital role mangroves and seagrass play in protecting shorelines, supporting marine life, and filtering our waters.

Using underwater listening devices, we’ll tune in to the soundscape of this rich habitat—learning how eco-acoustics can reveal the health and activity of an ecosystem, with sound telling a story of the life below the surface.
