NAIDOC is more than just a week, it’s about truth-telling, celebrating our culture, and honouring the strength and resilience of First Nations peoples.
This year we reflect on 50 years of NAIDOC and those who came before us, while recognising that our people are still here continuing the work.
We invite mob and the wider community to walk alongside us at Kalwun’s NAIDOC Celebration March. Together, we will march in unity through Griffith Street to the NSW border and gather for a Corroboree at Chris Cunningham Park.
Come dressed in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander flag colours or your favourite Deadly Choices shirt.
Consider using public transport or active travel. Plan your trip with Translink's journey planner.
Parking may be limited. For metered parking, use the EasyPark app to start, end, and extend your parking direct from your phone to avoid fines. For more information visit City of Gold Coast's Parking page.
