Movies Under the Stars – How to Train Your Dragon

What better way to spend an evening than outdoors watching a movie under the stars!

The City of Gold Coast Movies Under the Stars program is free, family-friendly fun on offer through to April 2026 right across the city.

Gather your family and friends, pack a picnic or take advantage of delicious food options available in the local area.

Tickets are not required, just show up!

Event starts at 5pm with kids' activities. Then stay for the movie starting at 7pm!

Movie: How to Train Your Dragon (2025)

Four misfits find themselves struggling with ordinary problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld: a bizarre, cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination. To get back home, they'll have to master this world while embarking on a magical quest with an unexpected, expert crafter, Steve.
