Our live and interactive Mind Your Own Wellness Natural Beauty Workshop will guide you through the process of harnessing your own health and wellness.

At each session you can choose which product you want to create!

• Magnesium Spray – Tired muscles, or struggling to sleep, this is a fantastic way help your body and mind
• UV Hair Oil – Tired, dry and dull hair – create your own UV protectant oil to rehydrate and add a natural glow

You will take home an after care sheet, your custom made product as well as a technique sheet to follow at home after you have learnt the basics in the workshop.
