An outdoor messy play session for children aged 6 months to 5 years, with taste-safe sensory activities, animal-inspired play and a relaxed hinterland setting.

Historic Rivermill hosts Messy Play – All of Our Animal Friends, a sensory play session for young children presented by Gumtree Kids.

The session invites little ones to explore a range of messy and sensory play stations inspired by animals, nature, colours and textures. Children can play, create and explore at their own pace, surrounded by gardens, paddocks and animals.

All materials used are taste-safe and child-friendly. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Families are encouraged to bring a change of clothes, towel or wipes, water bottle, hat and sunscreen.

Historic Rivermill is approximately 30 minutes from the Gold Coast, making it an easy hinterland outing for families looking for a fun, hands-on morning outdoors.
