Monday 08 June 2026 | 08:30 AM

Varsity Lakes
A practical and interactive Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and NCQ Readiness Scorecard Session designed specifically for the community sector.

Delivered in partnership with NCQ through the Ready Together program, this workshop will support organisations to strengthen their preparedness, resilience, and ability to continue supporting the community during disasters and disruptions.

Using the ACOSS Six Steps to Resilience framework, participants will explore:

  • identifying operational risks and vulnerabilities
  • practical business continuity strategies
  • maintaining essential services during disruption
  • strengthening sector connections and collaboration
  • using a resilience scorecard to identify strengths and next steps.

This session is ideal for community organisations, not-for-profits, frontline services, coordinators, and managers wanting to build organisational resilience in a practical and approachable way.

Morning tea and lunch provided.

We look forward to bringing the sector together for a day of practical learning, collaboration, and resilience building.
