Together we’ll design the first six GCIN sessions for 2026, choosing topics, formats, venues, and success measures that matter most to our region.

Join us for the final GCIN session of 2025. A hands-on, co-design workshop to shape the future of the Gold Coast Inclusion Network.

After three pilot sessions this year, we’re inviting members and community partners to decide what’s next.

What we’ll do

  • Reflect on what we’ve learned from our 2025 pilot sessions.
  • Explore in small groups:
    • Topics and themes: What inclusion issues should we prioritise?
    • Formats and features: What makes sessions engaging and useful?
    • Venues and logistics: How can we make GCIN accessible and welcoming for all?
  • Co-design the priorities and vote on the top six for 2026.
  • Celebrate with morning tea and festive networking.

Who should attend

  • Inclusion, community, and HR leaders
  • Disability, aged-care, human services, community development and council staff
  • Anyone passionate about inclusion on the Gold Coast

This is an interactive co-design session so come ready to share, listen, and create. You’ll move between discussions, use sticky notes and voting dots to help shape GCiN’s 2026 calendar.

GCIN Co-Design Principles: With, not for | Value lived experience | Safe & inclusive spaces | Transparency | Action orientation
