Build skills. Build confidence. Build a stronger Gold Coast.
The City of Gold Coast, in partnership with Australian Red Cross, is offering an incredible opportunity for community members who want to make a real difference.
Mental Health First Aid is one of the most valuable skills you can have to help you recognise when someone is struggling and giving you the confidence to support them until professional help is available.
This course normally costs around $500 per person but is being delivered completely free as part of the City’s Community Recovery and Resilience Program.
Spots are limited. To register, email DEMU@goldcoast.qld.gov.au
Consider using public transport or active travel. Plan your trip with Translink's journey planner.
Parking may be limited. For metered parking, use the EasyPark app to start, end, and extend your parking direct from your phone to avoid fines. For more information visit City of Gold Coast's Parking page.
