But this day is about more than just fun – every year, 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers or partners experience perinatal depression or anxiety. That’s thousands of families silently struggling through what should be one of life’s most joyful times.

Motherhood Village Ltd is a lifeline for families on the Gold Coast – offering free mental health peer support groups, connections to specialist clinical care, and a safe space to feel heard and held.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 – and every dollar counts. Your donation helps fund real support for real families in our community.

Motherhood Village Ltd is dedicated to supporting mothers and parents on the Gold Coast facing perinatal mental health challenges. We provide free, in person small group peer support sessions for those struggling with mental health challenges during pregnancy and early parenthood. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where parents can connect, share experiences, and access vital support.
