Through practical meditation and ancient wisdom, we can learn to reduce and eventually eliminate the painful minds of worry and anxiety.

We all worry and times. Anxiety and worry are increasingly common in our busy modern world – but what exactly is are these states of mind?

Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling that arises within the mind. Therefore, its causes also exist within the mind. The good news is that these causes can be gradually removed by learning to work skilfully with our own mind. We do not need to search outside ourself for peace – we simply need to learn how to develop it from within.

In this workshop, Gen Tsalden will explain how we can gradually let go of the states of mind that contribute to anxiety and cultivate peaceful, positive states of mind in which anxiety cannot easily arise or remain.
