Did you know that 50 years ago, a small, passionate group of local potters came together for the very first time? That single meeting, in late 1976, sparked a creative flame that led to the official incorporation of the Gold Coast Potters just a few months later! From those humble beginnings, we have grown into a vibrant community of over 240 members.
Our upcoming Student Showcase is dedicated to that incredible legacy. By spotlighting our student artists, we honour our founding members who paved the way while nurturing the incredible future of ceramic excellence on the Gold Coast.
Opening night is on Friday 11 September, 6pm–9pm. All welcome.
