Cooly Rocks On holds the distinguished honour of being one of only three Australian festivals to host an official preliminary round of the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, where the winner earns a coveted spot at Elvis Week in Memphis, USA. Festival favourites don't stop there: the iconic Cooly Rocks On Pin-up Pageant is a celebration of vintage glamour and charm, while the Nostalgia Markets along the Coolangatta beachfront offer a treasure trove of retro goods, memorabilia, and collectibles.
