Connect 2 Home is held every year on the first Wednesday of August as part of National Homelessness Week.
This week is all about building community support and encouraging action to help end homelessness. Connect 2 Home is one way we can come together and make a difference.
Everyone is welcome to attend, especially those who are sleeping rough or doing it tough.
Join us for a free day out, including breakfast and lunch, access to essentials, free haircuts, and more. Most importantly, it’s a chance to connect with local services and support organisations who are here to help.
Come along, have a chat and see what support is available.
