Bounce Back Mumma's Workshop

BBM-WORKSHOP-3

Thursday 12 March 2026 | 10:00 AM

Currumbin Valley
Mums – it’s a morning especially for you. Hear from amazing speakers and expert health professionals, and get the tools needed to work towards the new you.

Join us for a supportive, informative morning designed to help mums reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and feel confident returning to movement – at any stage of motherhood.

Led by a team of experienced women’s health professionals, this 2-hour workshop blends evidence-based education, guidance, and open conversation. Whether you’re newly postpartum, years down the track, or simply feeling unsure about how to move your body safely again, this session is designed to meet you where you are.

This is a space to understand what’s normal, learn how your body adapts through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, and gain clarity around strength, pelvic health, and movement – without pressure, judgement, or unrealistic expectations.

You’ll walk away with simple, actionable tools you can apply straight away, along with a clearer understanding of how to rebuild strength safely and why certain approaches work better for women’s bodies over time.

Because motherhood changes us – physically, mentally, hormonally – and that doesn’t come with an expiry date. Your body has carried you through a lot, and it deserves informed, compassionate care at every stage.

Bounce Back Mamas has partnered with Active & Healthy Alliance, Gold Coast Pelvic Health, The Foxy Mama, Caroline Brunne, and the Queensland Government to bring together a morning of education, connection, and genuine support for women.
