Take part in thought-provoking discussion in a safe space to fuel your creative writing dreams and get your words onto the page!

Facilitated by award-winning writer Christine Betts, this creative writing workshop involves spending time in the Gallery and responding to exhibitions and works of art through a range of guided writing exercises.

Take the opportunity to see art (and your writing) from a different perspective.

Using word association, surprising writing prompts, and deep-observation, we’ll open new avenues to explore contemporary art through writing.

For writers at every level of experience and genre. Beginners welcomed.

As part of this workshop, we will visit the exhibition This Moment: Highlights from the White Rabbit Collection of Chinese Contemporary Art, before undertaking a series of responsive guided writing exercises.

Recommended for ages 16+.
