Southport
A unique charity exhibition and online auction showcasing work by many of Australia’s most successful children’s book illustrators.

The exhibition launches on the 28 July with an exclusive launch event at Gallery 8 and will showcase work by the likes of National Library of Australia illustrator Tania McCartney, million copy-bestselling Sophie Beer, and kid’s TV producer and screenwriter Mick Elliott.

Not only is the exhibition a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to admire work by this country’s most talented book artists, but each piece will be auctioned off to the highest bidder and all money raised donated to 4ASDKids. This Gold Coast charity, set up by local legends Chloe Maxwell and Mat Rogers, helps families access expensive resources and services aiding autistic children in reaching their full potential.

With the generous support and sponsorship of real estate agent Audrey Goetz and disability service provide Good Karma Collective, also both Gold Coast based, the 4ASDKids Exhibition and Auction is an event designed for anyone of any age to enjoy. Perfect for families, art students, and budding artists, or simply anyone who’s been touched by the power of a picture book. Held at Gallery 8, a boutique creative destination.
